David's wide-ranging interests and unique experiences provide a range of fascinating and sometimes unusual topics for his presenting and speeches.

So far this year David has filmed in Hungary, Slovakia, Austria, Bavarian Forest as well as across the UK.

As a contributor David has appeared on numerous national and regional news and topical programmes, BBC specials such as Spring Watch and the Wild Night In, and has been a guest on Richard and Judy.

Public speaking

David is available to book as an after-dinner speaker and can speak with authority on a vast range of topics, from antique weaponry, the English Countryside, various military topics from the Brown Bess to the Zulu wars, and of course the Great Bustard.
